Over the last few years, we have been working hard on our online survey
reporting. In recent months, our attention has been focused on the reports we
provide for our employee engagement surveys – such as the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work
Survey, the New Zealand Workplace Survey, and the Local Government
Workplace Survey.
Today we are proud to announce the release of the first in a series of new
online employee engagement reports – the Employee Engagement Profile.
What is an Engagement Profile?
This report will show you,
at a glance, the proportion of your staff who can be considered engaged,
ambivalent, or disengaged in their work. The goal is to use your survey results
to improve your workplace, and engage the hearts and minds of your people.
Engaged staff are more productive, give better customer service, and have a more
positive impact on the bottom line of your business.
Learn more about employee engagement by downloading our March 2008
publication, Employee Engagement: From Insight
to Action.
How can you use the Engagement Profile?
* See the
proportion of your staff who are engaged, ambivalent or disengaged. Over time,
this will become an important measure for many organisations.
* If you
have Benchmarking, compare your profile against a benchmark group
* If
you have Demographic Reporting, compare the engagement profile of different
groups

explains how the Engagement Profile report works.
