Access to the full functionality of Survey-online.com is via payment of an annual subscription and monthly usage charge. The usage charge is incurred according to the survey activity undertaken.

A number of Plans are available, with the quantum of both subscription and usage rate varying according to your projected survey activity. As a rule, a higher projected volume of survey activity will suggest a high annual subscription/low usage rate, while a lower projected volume of survey activity will suggest a low subscription/high usage rate as the more cost-effective option.

If you are unsure about your projected survey activity, the best option normally involves a low subscription / high usage rate Plan. If survey activity increases significantly, you have the option of upgrading to a different Plan during the term of your subscription.

Annual subscriptions start at $5,120, while usage rates vary from $0.48 to less than $0.05 per unit. A 'unit' is defined as 'one respondent answering one question.' For example, this means the cost of 100 respondents completing a 20 question survey is less than 100 respondents completing a 70 question survey.

No setup costs are involved, and ongoing technical and help desk support is provided as part of the Plan. Subscribers are also provided with a comprehensive User Manual.

Additional charges apply where multiple sites are required, or where multiple Survey Administrator access is required. The former may be appropriate where, for example, you wish to keep human resource-related survey data separate from customer research data. The latter may be appropriate where a survey capability is required in more than one country.

Survey Administrator training is recommended in order that the Subscriber can realise the full potential of their investment in Survey-online.com. Half- and full-day training is available, for which there is a charge.
